Separators

Construction :
Over a pump (for example: KIRCHNER - submerged motor pumps PTS) the liquid manure were carried by a hose into the separator. The separator consists of an auger and a filter, which is in a housing. The auger is driven over an electric motor. The liquid fraction of the liquid manure arrives by the filter into an outlet hose. The solid fraction is pressed against the pressure of a weight-loaded cover from the housing. Too much liquid manure arrives by an overflow tube back into the liquid manure container.

Advantages of the Separator :
The slurry separation, besides solving the management problems, gives considerable benefits from both the seperated solids and liquids fraction. So this investment counts itself in a very short time !

Solid fractions :
- Easy to transport
- Easy to stored
- Do not cause smelling nuisance
- Manufacturer, a valuable organic fertilizer

Liquid fractions :
- Have 20 - 30 % less volumes
- No setting solid materials off with the storage
- Rapidly penetrate the ground when spread
- Do not cap soil surface with solids
