With KIRCHNER is the symbol of a great product.
At the start of the production, each delivery of raw material is tested for quality and correctness. All sheet metals, pipes etc. are stored exclusively in roofed halls. Each year approximately 2000 tons of sheet metal and 3000 tons of steel are processed by KIRCHNER.
Through the high characteristic fabrication share, a multitude of machines is required as well as saws, punch machines, sheet shears or forming presses. But also the use of modern technologies is unconditionally required. With two CNC-driven plasma maschines more than 2500 different parts are produced.
Two CNC drill- and milling centers with 24 and 32 different tools provide a rational fabrication. The tool change with this machines is fully automatic.
CNC turning machines and also conventional milling-and turning-machines (mainly for the manufacture of older spare-parts) complete the plant.
The beater-rotors for the manure spreaders are produced fully automatic on one expressly for this use conceived production-unit. The tubes are taken with a handle-robot out of a device and put into a swing mechanism. After that the bearing-bolts and the hubs moved through the handle robot and welds by a further robot. After this process, all consoles are held through the robots in the correct angle at the tube and welds. The finished beater-rotor is taken with the handle robot out of the device and put on stand-by for the further assembly.
Frames for the beater and the vehicles frames are welded in devices to reach slight tolerances and therewith high quality.
Before the painting, the vehicle frames with all required equipement variants are accommodated. All components will be cleaned before the varnishing with high pressure and are additionally phosphated. After that a varnishing with 2-components of undercoat and 2-components of red or green color follows.
After a dry time, the parts are taken by an elevated stage and a dual web lifting system. The assembly of feeder-chain, sideboards, tyres, beater etc. follows with a final trial run of each machine.
After the rolling of the sheet-steel plates, tanks for the slurry tanker are centered with a special machine to reach an absolute roundness. After that the long and round seams become welded on an automatic production-unit.
Before the galvanization, all ordered equipment options (wheel housing, connections etc.) must be considered.
The galvanized containers are fit in their own assembly-line with tyres, pumps and all components. By the possible selection between vacuum-compressor, combined vacuum-centrifugal pump, rotary piston pump or worm-type slurry pump, extensive additional equipment and a lot of different types of tires almost no machine looks like another one. Therefore a flexible production is required also in the liquid manure technology.
The product range at manure spreader reaches today from small machines with single axle or mountain spreaders up to pro-devices with 24 tons, at tankers from 1700 to already 27000 litres capacity !
The storage of the finished machines resulted in halls, the delivery with truck's, forwarding agencies or by railways. | |
