All KIRCHNER slurry tankers can be delivered with vacuum-pump, worm type pump, rotary-piston pump or vacuum-centrifugal pump. All containers are produced in the own work Anzenhof, are outside and inside pot galvanized and provided protection with a colorless conformal coating besides. Construction tankers for all usual means of transportation types or for the assembly on truck available.

Type "T"

with an efficient air compressor the slurry is sucked by below atmospheric pressure into the tank. A double ball valve protects the compressor from a pollution or damage by slurry or foam. The vacuum and with that the filling process are interrupted as soon as the liquid has reached the valve. The distribution is made by excess pressure in the tank.

Type "TMP"

These tankers can filled completely by a centrifugal pump, also at large sucking depth and thickly slurry. An ingenious system prevents an overfilling of the machine. The centrifugal pump can be deactivated about a manual transmission through which only the compressor is required to empty the tank. Through this less strength is needed and fuel is saved !

Type "KVH"

KVH-tankers with combined vacuum centrifugal pump and KIRCHNER movable liquid manure gun. The movable liquid manure gun is in series hydraulically turnable and also hydraulic adjustable in the inclination. The movable liquid manure gun, produced in the own plant, with two rotating flanges out of steel is more stable than standard liquid manure guns out of normal cast-iron.

Type "T-P"

Optional with roating piston pump or worm type slurry pump, equipped in series with rotary piston pump type RP280S of the professional series. An pto shaft with shear-coupling protects the pump by a blocking through foreign parts. The efficient pumps fill the containers quickly and completely in shortest time.

Type "T-A" oder "KVH-A"

Mounted slurry tanker are available for transporters or for trucks with 1700 up to 22000 liters of contents. The compressor drive can occur upon request also hydraulically !

Communal tanker

For every operation purpose equipment. Hose reels, suction arms, channel rinsing-installations, high pressure aggregates or hose boxes are only some of the possible variants. Also a two chamber container for the seperate transportation of pure and dirt water is a "speciality" of the KIRCHNER liquid manure technology.

Liquid manure chains

Extensive equipment makes an adjustment for each operational area possible.
KIRCHNER liquid manure tankers are therefore universally usable and makes,
in connection with KIRCHNER pumps, agitators and KIRCHNER distributing-systems a complete liquid manure chain possible.
